She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Cooper and Martha Horn Cooper; her former husbands, Harold Bunton and William Wantling; and her grandson Eric Scott Bunton.

She is survived by: her husband Frank Phifer; her children, Brenton Don Bunton of Florida and Scott Bunton (Suzann) of Morton; her stepson Matt Phifer (Celeste) of Chicago; and her grandsons, Todd Bunton (Faith) of Bloomington, Ryan Bunton (Christina) of Morton and Bret Bunton (Sara) of Bloomington. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
