He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth W. Lee and Tressie Dossett Lee; his wife Bonnie Carmichael; and his sisters, Madelynne Carmichael and Lois Todd.
He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Lee (Pamela) of Heyworth, Jeffrey Lee of Bloomington and Kevin Lee (Denise Schertz) of Stanford; and his grandchildren, Kristen Arnold (Luke), Ryan Lee (Tori), Jessica Callahan (Jake), Justine Sims (Taylor), Jenna Wait (Alex) and Keegan Lee. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
