She was predeceased by: her brothers, Glenn Taplin (Judy) of Collinsville, IL and Gail Taplin (Jeaneen) of Abilene, KS.. She is survived by: her sister Mary Arie; her children, Daniel Livers of Normal, IL, Cynthia Weidig (John) of Springfield, IL, Stefanie Kuefer (Wade) of Phoenix, AZ and Jeffrey Livers of Phoenix; her grandchildren, Robyn, Emily, Wesley, Kirk, Nicole and Rachel; and her sister Faye Kennedy (William) of Manhattan, KS.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, we are confident Phyllis would appreciate any memorial contributions being made to the local Home Sweet Home Ministries, and the local Salvation Army.
