It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy L Cochran of Normal, Illinois, who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Wills and Goldie Riordan Wills; her brother Charles E. Wills; her daughter Kelly Cochran; her granddaughter Murphy Martin; and her son-in-law David Locke.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kristi Locke and Kimberly Cochran (Cindy Denby); her grandchildren, Maggie Seim (Eric) and Makenzie Perkins (Tyler) of Memphis, TN; her great grandchildren, Tinley, Madison, Emersyn Seim and Baylor Perkins; and her nieces and nephews, Cindy Crimmins, Laura Murray, Jeffrey Wills and Brad Cochran.
