Merlin L. Jones Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2020, at the age of 93, Merlin L. Jones (Normal, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Jones and Maxine Jones (Flack); and his siblings, Betty Jones, Donna Hendrickson, Dean Jones and Jackie Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Jones of Normal; his children, Dana Jones of Bloomington, Terri DeMayo (Tony) of Glen Ellyn, Brenda Jones of Bloomington and Monica Sorrells (Tom) of Petersburg; his brother Ronald Jones of Lima; and his grandchildren, Brice DeMayo, Danelle D'Alexander, Leslee Schilb, Andrea Ramm, Joshua Sorrells, Abby Simmons and Jacob Jones. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be left to Habitat For Humanity of McLean County.
