She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Vance and Virginia Ruth Stinnett Vance; her husband Gene; and her siblings, Thurman Vance, Donald Vance, Beverly Richman, Mary Waters, Virginia Tart and Wanda Caraker.
She is survived by: her children, Ginger Tutewiler (Curt) of Normal and Larry Arvey (Mia) of Hendersonville, TN; her grandchildren, Corey Tutewiler (Libby), Ryne Tutewiler, Payton Tutewiler, Kaylie Arvey, Luke Arvey, Vance Arvey and Sophia Hudgens; her great grandchildren, Theron Tutewiler and Ani Tutewiler; and her sisters, Juanita Amos and Nina Ferguson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
