She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Smithart and Helen Smithart; her spouse Glenn "Richard" Underwood; her siblings, Lester, Irene and Russell; her daughter Linda K. Underwood; her granddaughters, Cheryl L. Riggenbach and Nancy N. Underwood; and her son Bruce D. Underwood.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Kuhlmeier of Bloomington and Glenn F. Underwood of LaSalle; and her grandchildren, Jennifer M Young, Mark A Riggenbach, Brandon S Missel, Justin R. Underwood, Colleen S Missel, Jake S. Underwood and Savannah B. Underwood. She is also survived by several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
