She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence Walsh and Imelda Gunn Walsh; her children, Steve Kauffman of Meridian, Idaho, Tom Kauffman (Donna) of Meridian, Idaho, Sue Kauffman of Bloomington and Melanie Evelsizer (Jerry) of Stanford; her sisters, Joan Briman of Topeka, Kan. and Ann Knapp of Normal; her sister-in-law JoAnn Walsh of Hudson; her grandchildren, Zach Kauffman, Kait Kauffman, Ryan Kauffman (Theresa Dunas), Michael Kauffman (Eva), Brian Hall, Blake Hall (Tiffany), Aaron Wede (Alex), Julia Perez (Jose), Tom Evelsizer (Lisa Tackett) and Ashleigh Rinkenberger (Kyle); and her siblings, Lawrence Walsh, Francis Walsh and Margaret Veselak. She was also cherished by 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Advocate BroMenn Hospice.
