With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark Sliwiak of Normal, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 8, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sliwiak and Genevieve Borski Sliwiak; and his brother David Sliwiak. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Griffith; his daughter Julie Munster (Edison) of Normal; his granddaughters, Alyssa Ford (Hayden) of Bloomington and Amber Munster of Normal; his great grandchildren, Jada Ford of Bloomington, Kenley Ford of Bloomington and Laurel Ford of Bloomington; and his brother Phillip Sliwiak of Arizona.
Memorial contributions may be left in Mark's honor to the National Ataxia Foundation.
