He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Rusher and Edward Goldman; his grandson Tyler Rusher; his siblings, Jim Rusher, Kim Goldman and Randy Goldman; and his brother-in-law Jeff Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Fields; his children, Aimee Fisher (Chad) and Austin Rusher; his grandchildren, Crawford Fisher and Amanda Krone; his siblings, Fred Rusher, Ann Buchanan, Steven Goldman (Brittany), Brian Goldman, Karen Butler and Candace Goldman; his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Reichert and Vicki Egli; and his pet Cooper. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Memorial contributions may be left to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
