He is survived by: his parents, Virginia Theissing and Jean Theissing; his wife Linda; his daughters, Jill Drews (Chuck) and Christie Deyoung (Devin); and his grandchildren, Aryana, Wyatt and Zoey.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Marcus's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the American Cancer Society.
