She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank and Emelyn Higgins, Sr. (Mackin); and her brother Frank Higgins, Jr.. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Patty Blaise of Nashville, Michael Higgins (Susan) of Chandler, Thomas Higgins of Phoenix, Robert Higgins (Kim) of Mesa and Maureen Hynes (Jim) of Johnson City, Texas. She is also survived by six great-nephews, three great-nieces, and one great-great-nephew.
