She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph P. Horn and Anna B. Horn; and her brother Richard Horn. She is survived by: her children, Keith Sprague (Keely), Diane Watters (Larry), Lori Grootenhuis (David) and Kathy Swann (Kevin) of Gilbert, AZ; her grandchildren, Atlee, Ben, Madison, Anna, Lindsay, Lance, Lisa, Laney, Leah, Connor, Evan, Parker, Kenna and Kettly; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Hailey, Kelsey, Ryan, Shane, Tanner, Chase, Mason, Asher and Keely; and her siblings, Margaret Pyles (Glenn), Donald Horn and Delores Raeuber. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
