It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Eugene Thacker (Normal, Illinois), born in Streator, Illinois, who passed away on March 6, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Nathan and Anna Churlick Thacker; his wife Eva Mae Reddick; his children, Eugene Thacker, Diane Lutes and Timothy Thacker; his granddaughter Shawna Lutes; and his siblings, Marcella Deguido, Darlene Hellerman, Robert Thacker and Clarence Thacker.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Calder (Christopher) of Champaign, William Thacker (Karen) of Normal and Cynthia Overocker (Jeff) of Urbana; his son-in-law Jim Lutes of Varna; and his brother Jerome Thacker of Streator. He is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
