She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Weicht and Martha Weicht; her son-in-law John T Emmett Jr.; her grandson John T Emmett III; and her great grandchild Bodie Bauer.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Baird Sr.; her children, Mary Van Valey (Joe), Carol Emmett-Smiley (Jim), Lynda Arnold (Tim), Wayne Baird (Jenine Morehouse), Susan Weiss-Weatherford (Parke), Cindy Segobiano (Mark) and Beth Minikel (Don); and also Elizabeth Baird. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren.
She volunteered in many capacities, including OSF St Joseph Medical Center and RSVP.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests memorial donations be made to Epiphany Catholic Church, Faith in Action, or a charity of the donor's choice.
