It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen D. Carter-Ball of Normal, Illinois, born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on June 16, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father George Carter, Sr.; and her cousin Tammy. She is survived by: her mother Vivian Hillman Carter; her husband Steve Ball of Normal; her children, Don Michael Giese (Ashley) of Bloomington, Sarah Giese (James McCauley) of Normal and Amy Giese (Jacque) of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Don Michael Giese, Jr., Jack Giese, Eleanor Giese, Hadley Carlton and Soren Giese; her brothers, George E. Carter, Jr. (Teasha) of Normal and James E. Carter of Normal; and her pets, Mocha May and Amber.
