He is survived by: his parents, John C. White and Connie Jo McClure White; his spouse Sandy Hawkins; his daughters, Grace Elizabeth White of Cape Coral, FL. and Leah Francis White of Bloomington, IL; his brothers, John Clark "Jay" White III (Jenny) and Joel Michael White (Nicole); and also Jennifer McCool.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the Community Cancer Center, Heartland Healthcare, Normal IL or Compassus Hospice.
