It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judy Nell Rawl of Normal, Illinois, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on May 20, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elise Bob and Gertrude Elizabeth Lockhart Roberts. She is survived by: her husband James Harold Rawl; her children, Janet Shirley Chick of Lebanon, IN, Frank Harold Rawl and Joyce Estelle Rawl; her sister Juanita Crapps; and her niece Angela Gallo of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
