It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Keith Penn of Normal, Illinois, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Billy Joe" Penn and Sonja Penn. He is survived by: his sons, Keith Cordell Penn of Rochester, MN and Joseph William Penn; and his siblings, Jobeth Mills (Mike) of Eureka, IL, Mindy Manuel (Ross) of Normal, IL, Darrell Basham (Sarah) of Springfield, IL, Jonathan Basham of Chicago, IL and William Basham of Wapella, IL. He is also survived by one niece, great niece and several nephews and great nephews.
