He was predeceased by: his son Quinn David Kephart. He is survived by: his parents, David Francis and Jacqualyn Joyce Goldsberry Kephart; his wife Michelle; his children, Samantha Jane Ross, Kendra Renee Kephart and Alexander Lee Kephart of Normal; and his sister Joyce Richards (Russ) of Bloomington.

We ask that in lieu of flowers that donations may be made to Michelle Kephart for the care of her family.
