She was predeceased by: her maternal Kenneth Kirk. She is survived by: her parents, Gary Wellman and Kandice Wellman (Kirk); her husband Tyler Neibarger; her daughters, Skyllar Haze and Hunter Sage Neibarger; her sister Kayelynn McBee (Quentin); her grandmother Teresa Whitlock (Steve); her nieces, Kenzlee Sue and Violet Drew McBee; and her pets, Bentley "Piggy" and Bella.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her daughters via Busey Bank or Venmo at Gary-Wellman-1.
