He is survived by: his spouse Nadean Lisovitch; his children, Kara Reel (Bart Spencer), Brian Foley (Jill Liu), Jeffrey Foley (Stephanie Gulley) of Austin, TX, Jennifer Bandola (Doug) and Laura Personette (Steve) of Windsor, CO; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Alexia, Anna Reel, Connor, Eleanor and Hannah Foley.
