It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John E. Schroeder of Normal, Illinois, born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert G. Schroeder and Helen M. Schroeder (Lapinski); and his wife Patricia A. "Pat" Schroeder (Thoennes). He is survived by: his sons, J. P. Schroeder (Paula) of The Villages, Mark Schroeder (Cynthia) of Glenarm and Steve Schroeder (Patti) of Lisle. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
