We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2020, at the age of 91, John Arthur Bertsche of Normal, Illinois, born in Pontiac, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bertsche and Emma Eymann Bertsche; his siblings, Paul Bertsche and Adele Reichert; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Suderman, Gordon Dyck and Gerald Dyck.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Dyck; his children, John, Cynthia Regier (Chuck) and Daniel Bertsche (Lynette); his grandchildren, Abe Regier (Christiana Harms), Paul Regier (Amanda), Emma Reesor (John), Lisle Kehr (Elias) and Adrienne Graves (Layton); his great grandchildren, Iva and Samuel Regier; and his siblings-in-law, LaMar Reichert, June Bertsche, Delores Bartel (Marvin), Helga Edvardson Dyck, Elvira Suderman and Judy Beechy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Mennonite Central Committee, Bethel College (KS), or Habitat for Humanity.
