He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Foley and Mary Foley; and his sisters, Jeanne Thompson, Mildred Pocernich and Marion Borowick.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Beth Lohmeyer (Michael), Jean Foley, Susan Kaliher (Bill) and Sarah Rein (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Matthew Lohmeyer (Bridget), Sean Lohmeyer, Kristopher Kaliher (Rachel), Emily Rein and Adam Rein.
