He is survived by: his wife Deanne Lynne Forrest; his children, Aaron Carroll (Cassie Espejo), Kelli Meyer (Josh) and Brittany Carroll (Jordan Zander); his grandchildren, Chase Meyer, Jordan Bous, Brantley Meyer, Aspen Bous and Rain Zander; and his siblings, Maureen Martin (Jerry), Kathy Althoff (Pat), Robin Todd (Steve) and Bob Carroll (Louise).
