It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James H. Watson (Normal, Illinois), born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on May 17, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Watson and Irene Watson (Weidman); and his spouse Lolly Barnes. He is survived by: his children, Gary Watson (Robin) of Morton, Mike Watson of Bloomington, Edie Cohoon (Tom) of Norman, Gloria Thompson of Delavan and Nancy Baker (Ural) of Minier; and his brother John Watson of Bloomington. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Transitions Hospice.
