It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Dean Fields of Normal, Illinois, born in McVeigh, Kentucky, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Fields and Princess "Claudine" Fields (Williamson); and his brother Gary Fields. He is survived by: his wife Deanna VanDeWeerd; his children, Cheryl Weber (Ron) of Lexington, IL and John Fields (Denise) of Chapin, SC; and his grandchildren, Samantha Wyant (Zeb), Travis Weber, Michelle Lanfear (Jim), Dawnyelle Brown (Jarrod) and Jeremy Jones (Lindsay). He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
