She is survived by: her husband Rick Modine; her children, Steve Modine (Sally), Hudson and Kris Stanley (Bill); her grandchildren, Alex Modine of Phoenix, AZ, Nicholas Modine, Hudson, Justin Leathers, Jeremy Leathers (Samantha), Wes Modine (Kary) and Rick Schroader; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Modine (Jan), Jane Foreman and Sandy Foreman.
