She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Ellen Ila Kay Gray and Bill Gray Sr.. She is survived by: her parents, Megan Giusti and Mason Gray of Normal; her grandparents, Steve, Marie Giusti of Bloomington, Tim and Julie Gray of Danvers; her uncle Kyle Giusti; her aunts, Emily Moody (Michael) of Hudson and Ellie Gray (Jon Hileman); her great-grandparents, Marilyn, Gordon Cundiff of East Peoria, Bernadette, Richard Giusti, Don and Lola Manahan of Mackinaw; and her great-great-grandparent Wilma Manahan of Bloomington. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Memorials may be made directly to Megan and Mason or to the Birthing Center at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in honor of Hazel Marie-Kay Gray.
