She is survived by: her spouse Ewing Johansen; her children, Virginia Johansen (Ingrid Boersma), Jennifer Auxier (Michael), Wendy Johansen (Theo Kosina) and Robert Johansen; her grandchildren, Michelle (Michael), Kimberly (Jason), Kourtney (Bryan) and Kaleigh; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Karsen, Jack and Aria.
The family suggests memorials be made to Alzheimer's Research or to a charity of the donor's choice.
