He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Russell and Edna Mae Smith (Fitzgerald); his spouse Beverly Ann Jannusch; and his grandson Joshua Gambrel. He is survived by: his children, Bradley Smith (Sharon) of Fayetteville, PA, Mark Smith (Kathy), Shirley, Greg (Stacy), Gary Smith (Joni Back), Brian Smith (Lisa Gambrel), Gail McNeely (Mike), Keith Smith and Kent Smith (Kristi); and his brother Ralph Smith (Carol) of Sun City, AZ.. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 11 Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials be made to: St Jude or donor of your choice.
