He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Harold and Lillian Frances Seiz (Bliesner); his brother Warren Seiz; his brother-in-law Stan Glick; and his pet Maggie.

He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Seiz; his grandson Cole Beer of Howard, SD; his siblings, Ann Lewis (Andy) of Springfield, Nancee Glick of Trenton, MO and Trent Knoles (Colette) of Athens, IL; his nieces and nephews, Julie Seiz, Jessie Knoles, Emily Smith (Austin), Christopher Perkins (Beth) and Bobby Glick; and his great-niece Lillian Jean Perkins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Manteno Veterans' Home, 1 Veteran's Dr, Manteno, IL 60950.
