He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Lee and Mary Jane Torrance Keithley. He is survived by: his wife Shirlee Ferguson; his children, Scott Keithley (Pauline) of Chandler, Arizona and Christine Keithley Walker of Normal; his grandchildren, Marcus Keithley, Jeffrey Keithley, Nicole Walker, Franklin Keithley and Karoline Keithley; and his brother Roger Keithley (Karen) of Denver, Colorado..
