He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Smiley and Marcella Smiley (Coit); his significant other Marci Payne; his sons, Mathew Smiley (Leslie) and Michael Smiley (Wendy); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Abel and Madelyn; and his sisters, Florence and Sandra Smiley.
