He is survived by: his wife Laura "Kay"; his daughter Christi Wingate (Jason); his grandchildren, Ashlyn Wingate, Sydney Sturgill (Bryant), Jacy Wingate and Matthew Wingate; and his siblings, Rosalee McDaniel and Robert Criscione (Patty).
