She is survived by: her parents, Mark Welp and Laura Boyer Welp of Normal, IL; her sisters, Abby, Anna and Lauren Welp of Corona, CA; her grandparents, Kathy Burba of Kirkwood, MO, Harold and Jean Boyer of Lincoln, IL.; and her uncles, Brian Boyer, Tommy Burba (Erin) of Arvada, CO, Bryce Burba (Melody) of Kirkwood, MO and Blake Burba (Wade) of Hudson, NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an education fund for her twin sister, Abby, c/o Commerce Bank, 1500 E. College Avenue, Normal, IL 61761.
