With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald P Swanlund of Normal, Illinois, who passed away on April 27, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Swanlund and Margaret Swanlund (Scott); his brother Scott; and his son-in-law Brit Todd. He is survived by: his significant other Beverly Schwingle; his children, Randy Swanlund (Karen) of Pigeon Forge, TN, Terry Swanlund (Sue), Becky Todd of Fort Collins, CO and Shelly Zobrist (Jeff); his granddaughter Amy Flori (Geno); and his children, Callie Swanlund (Jeremy Tackett), Sarah Swanlund (Dave Armstrong), Travis Todd (Chelsea), Dan Swanlund, Jared Todd (Samantha), Elizabeth Swanlund, Ashley Zobrist and Austin Zobrist (Annika).
Memorial donations may be made to Heartland Church, Normal, IL or Marcfirst in Bloomington or even do a kind thing for someone else just like Don would have done!
