He was predeceased by: his parents, Don M. Mizell and Allie Marie Russell Mizell; and his brother Larry Mizell. He is survived by: his wife Kay Garner; his son David Mizell of Champaign; his sisters, Betty Hinrichs of Gifford and Patricia Harris of Columbus, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Mizell of Bloomington, Jo Klintworth (Lee) of Anchor, Steve Garner (Connie) of Cooksville and Gerry Garner (Ramona) of Hudson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
