He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hapgood and Ruth Cunningham Hapgood. He is survived by: his wife Peggy S. Lambka; his son Stevan Hapgood (Amanda) of Normal, IL; his granddaughters, Emilie and Elizabeth Hapgood of Normal, IL; and his sister Doris Barnett (Charles).
The service and visitation will be limited to 25 persons and everyone will be required to wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to, the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society of Central, IL.
