He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, John McCormick (Wendy), Katherine Plattner (Craig), Matthew McCormick (Jenni) and Amanda Myers (Kyle); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Lauren McCormick, Brady, Ava Plattner, Colin, Gavin, Logan McCormick and Declan Myers.
