She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Warner; and her father William Cleaver. She is survived by: her children, Steve Jackson (Andrea), Nicole Hess and Mercedes Arcaute; and her grandchildren, Zachary, Jonathon, Joseph, Steve Jackson, Cole Hess and Caleb Hess.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Illinois Cancer Center on Route 91.
