He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dean and Marjorie Eloise Blimling Kehl; his parents-in-law, Francis (Buck) and Eva Rees; and his brother-in-law Daniel Koons.
He is survived by: his wife Karen L. Rees; his daughter Jami Head (Greg); his granddaughters, Falyn Schweitzer and Avery Head; his sister Darlene Evans; and his sister-in-law Kathy Koons. He is also survived by 5 nieces, and 3 nephews.
