He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Rhoades and Fern Rhoades (Riley); his brother Ernie Rhoades; his brothers-in-law, Doug Siscoe and Larry Kaufman; his niece Jenny Rhoades; and his father-in-law Pete Hammer.

He is survived by: his wife Julie Hammer; his children, Lindsay Rhoades (Chris Dennison), Kelly Chesnut (Bryan), Dustin Rhoades (Jessica), Shawn Rhoades and Andrew Rhoades (Morgan); his grandchildren, Jack Heynen, Addison Rhoades and Daniel Rhoades; his siblings, Shirley Siscoe, Margie Kaufman and Alan Rhoades (Linda); his sister-in-law Donna Rhoades; and his pet Clark. He is also survived by Extended families, friends.
