He was predeceased by: his parents, George Perry and Juanita Perry (Kettman). He is survived by: his wife Hope Perry of Normal; his daughters, Amanda Girard (Trenton) of Cleveland, Megan Perry (Carl Reason) of Atlanta, Georgia and Rachel Perry of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Addyson, Kate and Coy Girard; his daughter Remy Reason; and his siblings, Salle Schulenborg (Wayne) of Germantown, Tennessee, Tim Perry (Karen) of Streator and Randy Perry (Hope) of Fairbury. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
