With solemn reverence, we commemorate Cynthia Denise James of Normal, Illinois, whose life came to an end on April 16, 2025 at the age of 66, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Catherine Luster James; her aunt Mary Ann Thomas; her uncles, Kinnie Luster and Earnest Luster; and her cousins, Joseph "Joey" Cannon, Shauntell N. Cannon, Christopher Jolly, Jr., Lynn Renee Oliver and Trevonte'Kirkwood.
She is survived by: her father Dorsey James; her siblings, Crystal James, Roderick James, Kymberly James-Luna (Thomas) and Melissa James-Shrader (Darin); her niece Dorian Sunshine Luna; her uncle Clemmie Luster, Jr.; her aunts, Brenda G. Kirkwood and Dorothy Luster (Dot); and her cousins, Tracy Curlee (Wanda), Sonya Cannon, Trisheaa Cannon, Khloe Cannon Thomas, Antonio Luster (Tonelle), Antwan Luster (Leslie), Kinnie Luster, Jr. (Nicole), Manessa Michelle Davis, Davin Harris (Melissa), Brennetta Krikwood, Dameca Kirkwood and Corey Luster.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Union Missionary Baptist Church (509 W Jackson St, Bloomington, IL 61701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
