He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas McHale, Sr. and Evelyn McHale; his uncle David A. Trine; and his grandfather Donald E. Trine. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas L. Mc Hale, Jr. and Joye C. McHale (Trine) of Normal, Illinois.; his grandmother Peggy Trine; his siblings, Ian McHale (Pearl), Sean McHale (Saints), Leonard and Skye; his uncles, James McHale (Robin), Timothy McHale and Michael McHale (Terri); and his cousins, Carly Masters (Cody), Natalie McHale, Brian McHale, Kevin McHale (Heather), Patrick McHale, Whitney Richter (Corey), Bruce Tyler Jr. (Katie), Stephen Tyler, Morgan McHale, Mercedes Splese (Nathan), Dalyn Trine (Kaitlan) and Dakota "DJ" Trine.
