We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2021, at the age of 72, Connie A. Becker of Normal, Illinois, born in Bloomington, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Melvin and Carrie Willadean Taylor Burgess; her son-in-law David Petersen; her sister Carole Jayne Burgess; and her cousin Patty Zimmerman.
She is survived by: her husband William Becker; her children, Kathryn Becker-Petersen of Bloomington, Joseph Becker (LeAnna) of North Lewisburg, OH, Patricia Becker of Stanford and Daniel Becker of Shirley; and her siblings, Milton Burgess (Rovena) of Bloomington, Annie Houston (Larry) of Bloomington and Colleen Fike of Clark, MO. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the Humane Society of Central Illinois.
