It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles L. Penn of Normal, Illinois, born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on October 15, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Penn and Esther Penn; his wife Carolyn Poorman; his daughters, Kelly Burns (Chuck) and Julie Byrne (Tim); his grandchildren, Jordan Beres (Rebecca), Katie Carr (Matthew), Eric, Laura Burns, Aaron and Ryan Byrne; and his son Stephen.
Masks and social distancing will be required in the church.
