He is survived by: his wife Dorene Spaid; his daughter Bethany Evans-Campbell (John) of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Zane Evans-Campbell, Riley Evans and Holly Evans; his stepgrandchildren, Janel, Austin and Mary Campbell; and his brother-in-law Lynn Spaid (Cheryl).
